bench help

Hi i was wondering if someone could give me advice on my bench which is very weak, i have a raw 500 squat and over 525 dl. My bench max is 250, I was wondering what i should do for strengthing muscles used for my bench. I do heavy and speed work each a week and work my tris with close grips, pulldowns, skull crushes and dips Any advice as to what i should do for a heavy routine. Also when i go heavy my left arm locks out first leaving the brunt of the weight for my right, any suggestions on how to correct this as well and improve my overall bench. Thanks a lot
