A drop in poundage

I have decided to drop all squat and deadlift percentages by 10lbs. during the preparatory phase. The bench I will increase by 10 pounds. That way, I should get a better workout all around.

So tomorrow:

SQ- 8x5x205
BP- 8x6x185
DL- 8x5x225

With less weight, I hope to keep the volume very high... we'll see how it works.
