OK guys as those of you who know me realize I have been around this sport for many moons. I am perplexed with my training partner.
Recently he has had trouble hitting squat depth. A woman in the gym who claims to be a powerlifter told him to narrow his stance, and bend at the knees first. Now this guy is 275 lbs and 6 ft 2 tall. I personnally cannot see him narrowing it and feel bending knees first will end lifting when he gets heavy.
