Nazareth Barbell offers a video of their Oct 16 2004 Powerlifting Seminar with Bob Youngs and Mike Miller. I bought the video last week and I highly recommend it. The video is very informative and can be helpful for anyone from a novice lifter to an elite lifter. It's like you're right there at the seminar. It's a 3 disc DVD set and is very affordable. If you can't make one of the seminars that NAZBAR has or you want to add lbs to your total get this video!
Also check out their Best of the Meets video. Talk about inspirational! It has clips of some awesome lifts set to heavy metal music. Don't feel like training, just pop this video in and you'll be set.
