My first max!

Well, about 10 days ago I completed my first powerlifting cycle ever (12 week altered 3x3 russian program), and at age 33 and weight of 191 the drum roll please .......
Bench 176
Squat 209
Dead 275 (conventional)okay, so not the best, but good for ME. I've started a new program now where I've basically combined some Westside with some Russian stuff. I'll let you know my new max when the cycle is done. Thanks for all the help everyone!
