From an old time powerlifter who held the American BP record during the '70s in the 220 lb class and also the Texas state record, Mr. Rychlak is totally amazing! I've been there, and it is a total trip ever pushing you heavier and heavier. Way to go, Mr. Rychlak. Try to stay injury free and the sky is the limit.
