I was in 2/325 AIR and then went on to 10th group before I got out. I hate Fayettenam by the way.
Finally after about 20 months I loaded up 315, got 20 reps but some were parallel and not full squats. I thought I was going to sh*# my guts out. Next week I will try to get 315 with 20 full squats. Funny thing is the last six months I have only squatted once a week, but have put 5 pounds a week on the bar.
Now I will warm up with low box speed work, about 5 sets of 2 at 50% to 60%, and then move into my heavy work (rack 3/4 squats, front squats, pause squats, and the like for reps of 4 to 6 or so, but I will cycle the 20 reps back in though every so often and probably go back to them after I see how heavy i can go. Good Luck on 600.
