training without a gym.

I'm going on holiday (i'm being forced) this week and i can't get to the gym so i was wondering what excercises would be good to do while i'm away without any weights or anything.
i've planned:
swimming
crunches
push-ups
self squats
Sit ups
prone brace.
chin ups.

Also what are some good dumbell excersises?
I want a good full body workout. So if there is anything i need to do. please don't hesitate to note anything.
