a slow comeback...

Im 17 , i play football and train for power. I have lost alot of strength since the begining of the football year and i broke my leg as soon as football was over in the wrestling room... ive packed on 10 pounds of shit over the past 5 weeks wit my broken leg... the cast will come off soon and i know the leg will need therapy but my question is how to go about training (when the cast comes off) when these are my goals: build back short distance speed, endurance, powerlifting, and turning the extra weight into muscle. is this too much to accomplish at once?
