I want to eat enough to lose weight but maintain my strength. Bottom line. For the last 5 days I cut all salt sodium and garbage out of my system for this meet coming up on the 8th. I got my weight down from 184 to 176 in these last 5 days. I think I may be able to hit 170 and maybe 165. But I don't want to go into this thing feeling weak. What should I be eating & not?
