What type of weight training exercises are the most effective if you weight train.
I know bodyweight exercises are very effective. I just started doing hindu squats and hindu pushups and other variations of pushups and squats man these things are painful. i also started trying to do some bridging, i also find wall climbing works well for beginners to enable to do a bridge. These are also very effective cardio wise. The only exercise thatgets me more winded is sprints.
I just feel incomplete without a certain type of lifting involved.
