I agree with Boris here in a way. Just eliminate ouitside interference. I really only post a ton right now because I'm not starting my next cycle until Jan 03.

That and switch up different cycles. Like, say you were doing a 3x3 for the past while and then you hit a plateau; take a break then change it to a different method. So you raised your bench to 290-295; ok, good, now start a new cycle.
