I found myself always reading forums and searching articles to support my training style but, as you know, it's never ending. I missed many training days because I stayed at home with the internet (what a great time killer it is!). The fact is we don't need words from successors to support our belief. We just need progress in gym to ensure our training works. Like Paul Anderson was so great because nobody told him if his squat training would ever work.
