all the positive tests were invalid, because their Bulgarian Weightlifting cards were invalid, at the time of the competition testing, and also those random tests were invalid, because the members testing positive were invalid members, that just happened to be training in the Bulgarian National Center when the random tests were done.

As to the rest of them...all the Weightlifters world wide, except for USA and maybe Canada?, are a;; positive anyway, even if they test negaitve, since all those that test negative are all beating the tests anyway, except for the financially poor lifters, without any serious dollars to spend, who can only excuse a negative test by saying their cards are invalid.
