Actually, that's a pretty good shot/study of Coach Rigert!

The only thing in focus is Rigert, which very nicely emphasizes his separation and intensity. The surrounding figures give a nice contrast in their comparatively more relaxed expressions and gestures.

I would crop some more from the right side where there's nothing to add to the environment of the shot, nor space that contributes to the isolation of Rigert. If you could crop to get Rigert closer to center without losing the other people, it might help isolate him and his emotional state.
