I guess I was not very specific in my comment. . . . What I meant to have said is that "press-out" was legal in the Clean & Jerk lift. . . . I agree with you totally that the press-out was never legal in the Snatch . . . .

Again, thank you for your comments, and I specifically enjoyed your "snapshot" of history, and how things were, back "in the day" . . .
