Thanks coach. That is a pretty good description of what I need to work on. One thing I have been doing with a weight I can easily handle is staying in a fully squatted overhead position for as long as I can hold the weight, while trying to maintain proper body position. I do have a problem with sholder flexability and my ankles, but it is getting better. Its funny I have had neysayers who have never oly lifted who think they are pretty strong make comments about the weight being so light. So this is what I do to them so they understand. I have them take the bare bar in a snatch grip and do a full squat and so far not one of them has been able to on the first try, or they partially lower the bar as they squat. Its not as easy as they think.
