LOTS OF OVER HEAD SQUATS ALONG WITH A STRETCHING PROGRAM THAT HITS THE CALVES, HAMSTRINGS, HIP FLEXERS AND LOWER BACK!!
IF YOU CAN'T DO A FULL SQUAT WITH YOUR KNEES FORWARD OF YOUR TOES WHILE KEEPING THE HEELS SOLID ON THE FLOOR, THEN YOU NEED MORE ANKLE, KNEE ETC.. FLEXIBILTY.
MAYBE IN YOUR CASE (WHO KNOWS??????) IT COULD ALSO BE A SHOULDER (STRENGTH OR FLEX.) ISSUE, AND YOU ARE MOVING TO THE TOES TO TRY TO SAVE THE LIFT..
JUST A FEW POINTS AT A SHOT IN THE DARK!!
