Dear Joe:

Investing in the stock market can work and work well. My parents have done very well in it. Issue was going into something risky, as some REITS were having issues already in 2004 and 2005. My husband, a 2nd generation realtor in Ohio, was involved with representing a client during a Bank Short Sale in 2003! The investment criteria is the issue and should be updated or at least reviewed.
