Kudos to Melanie & her family and Coach, what a great inspiration for lifters, fans and the general public alike...just finished watching the Kono Project DVD's, great videos and technical information contained on them, especially for the lifters portrayed and anyone who is interested in improving their technique. Learn by watching the videos, something every coach and lifter can benefit from.
