The New Sports Performance DVD

The DVD arrived yesterday and I found it very educational and useful for myself and sports related athletes. During the Power Clean section on the DVD, it seems that the Top down progression is being taught. Somewhat like Mr. Harvey Newtons philosophy, top-down progression. I think it it easier to teach this step by step program. The DVD is a nice learning and teaching tool. Good job USA W/L. Casey Burgener was used as an illustrator in the DVD. What a stud. I would like to take such a class but I can't travel across the country from Mountain country to Colorado Springs, Colorado. Anything coming within 300 miles of WV regarding the Sports Performance Class?
