I left a message for him today with my call back number. I have the workout and conditioning program in hand. Beleive it or not, the coach at his high school (Linsly) made him run the 100 meter dash and Sam was in second place after 30 yards and then it was over. As a lineman, he needs to be explosive off the ball with great technique, foot work, positioning and be fast,quick off the ball for ten yards. I left a message with coach Herhal. Thanks Mr. Klika.
