Jack,

There were so many great dancing (and flirting) songs in the early '70s! I lived through that time and life was simpler and more fun. Skirts were short, hair was long, freedom reigned and Columbine was unthinkable. Boys whistling at girls ended about 35 years ago, unfortunately, in the aftermath of certain politcally correct changes in society which won't be mentioned here, to reduce hate mail. The only 'terrorist' I can remember is D.B. Cooper who parachuted into history over the great northwest with a sack of loot, never to be seen again (except on the silver screen, and a night club named after him in San Jose back in the 80's, wearing a cape and looking like Batman). TV was different too; I only remember about 5 channels on our little black and white Zenith TV.
