When I compared difficulty, I took into consideration the physical stresses simultaneously with the technical finesse required.

Personally, I find the snatch and the jerk more technically demanding and unforgiving than playing rugby at a level more than sufficient to win several national championships! However, for me, even though I was good at it, I found rugby to be more demanding overall.
