Thanks everyone for your response. Joe told the Raiford State Prison Warden after he congratulated him, that he was just doing his job and that the lord provided him with the strength to do what he had to do under those circumstances.
Joe is weighing around 210-215 now and is back in training and in the process of building a nice workout area at his home. he is wanting to get some additional weights and bar for his training and I will be helping him with his training once again when he is ready. He is doing some conditioning work and basic power movements now with some light work on the O/L's.
I'm hoping that my other son Jason will follow suit as he is very strong also. He is weighing around 200 now and I remember a few years ago when he was 16 weighing around 160 and not training much at all, he cleaned 255 without any warm up with his jeans on. I was shocked!
It is their decision and I will encourage them if they want to take that leap.
