A pipe dream is only a pipe dream if one allows it to be. There are a good numbers of coaches and clubs out there which started from scratch or next to it and thrived. What is needed (in addition to alt. rev. sources for USAW) is a mentoring program through USAW utilizing its present members. USAW would have more clubs if there was one central source to find info. on the how tos, the why tos, etc. Several of USAW's volunteers would be willing to do this free. 3 ED's have passed on this exact suggestion/idea. This is the type of example I mean when I say we could better utilize volunteers.

Good thinking on the sponsors though. USAW needs a marketing/sponsorship/revenue generating person a lot more than a High Performance Person.
