In Response To: Anyone else see this? (Jasha Faye)

Jasha,
this article should not be anything new to the scientific world. as a matter of fact, it just got updated with few more confirmed sources & the brand name "Catlin" stamped to it for more legitimacy. in the mid to late 90's research in the US were devoted to the fight of osteoporosis in both men & women. the research found that Asian men have very low testosterone level as they ages(higher percentage) than other races at the same studied ages. this is where Fosamax & Actonel made their gain in the fight of aging osteoporosis. cancer surving patients also get low tes. level due to loss of muscle mass from cancer & radiation/chemotherapy. they also lose bone density & have low test levels so they do get test. booster shot to increase back muscle mass & slow the bones from osteoclast(breaking down.)

back to the sport world, an article with the same information as the NY Times above was pubished in the last quarter of 2000 Scientific America devoted to the Sydney games. guessed who was on the cover? runnin gunning marion jones. in this quarterly journal, the same old info of low test. levels were revealed in Asian athletes. also, info about the '88 Seoul games were revealed about how the former USSR had a floating boat as a drug lab to clean out their athletes(Kurlovich 88 & 92 Olympic champions testified to this.) but so did the US & other Western allies in the same harbor. it's very ironic that all the drugs info were revealed with marion jones on the cover. this article in 2000 was the article of all centuries because no one has the balls to publish the facts of facing the truths of drug use in sport from both the the US & the former Eastern blocks. Timmy McCrae, your old OTC training mate, was featured in the 1996 journal of Scientic America.
