You might want to look for an 'inversion table'.

You stand in a foot plate, lock in your feet, then put your arms overhead and the thing swings over so that you're in a decline. You can then pull yourself into a full hanging attitude if you want.

They're not expensive, at least not the one I'm familiar with. There are stores around here called 'Relax the Back' that sell them.
