MY BROTHERS AND I ALL DID THESE (SLD'S) AS COLLEGE ATHLETES. I ALSO SAW THESE PREFORMED IN THE RUSSIAN JUNIOR SCHOOL IN ST PETERSBURG AS A CORE/STRENGTH EXERCISE AT THE END OF TRAINING. JUST A FEW SETS (3 AT MOST).
