As long as the weight went back to the floor before it began a final continuous movement upward all the up and down and stopping before hand means nothing (with regard to "lift" or "no lift") (so long as there is still time on the clock).

'Tis difficult to tell from the video if the weights went all the way back to the floor, so I'll defer to the judges who were actually there and saw it in real life.
