I think this is the 1969 Juniors which Dave Berger won.
those kids back there look familiar and that man behind them, and that guy at the table ... huh ?

another reminder to check out Pam Sharpe's website devoted to the memory of Dave Berger who lost his life to terrorists at the Munich Olympics.
