Job description: Remove or discard all old and ineffective programs, initiatives and patronage positions. Scrub clean soiled reputation. Install regard for ethical behavior. Sweep out all hubris and disdain for innovation and grass-roots ideas. Dust off rule book revision. Windex everything in sight until transparency allows sunlight to fall on all decision making.
Must be willing to relocate (TEMPORARILY) to Colorado Springs.
