Dont worry about what anyone else is lifting, AT FIRST. You go to be YOUR best, then if you best is close to the top then adjust your attempts to go for the win. If your best is not at the top then you will have a goal to work toward. GOOD LUCK.
Too bad you dont live in Southern California, I know we have plenty of quality coaches who would love help you out. I know because they have helped me every time have asked, and even a few times i wasn't smart enough to know that I should ask.
