I'M NOT OLD ENOUGH!
SORRY, COULDN'T HELP IT.YOU MIGHT BE SQUEEZING THE BAR TOO TIGHTLY. LET THE "HOOK" DO IT'S JOB.
FACING A WALL, PLACE YOUR PALM ON THE WALL, ARM STRAIGHT, FINGERS UP. SLOWLY SLIDE YOUR HAND DOWN THE WALL ALWAYS KEEPING YOUR HAND FLAT. YOU SHOULD FEEL A STRETCH IN THE AREA.
TAKE A DUMBBELL HOLD IT AS IF A RACKED CLEAN. PALM UP. ROLL YOUR ELBOW AND DOWN 3 OR 4 SETS OF 6 BEFORE YOU WORK OUT.GOOD LUCK!
