Thanks for the inputs. Remedios is a coach and CSCS. I think he's somewhere in the West Coast. It's evident in the book that he's a fan of the competition lifts, and also the front squat.
As far as coaches in St. Louis, I know of Justin Thacker, and Tracy Fober. And I agree that an experienced coach is a must. The lifts are without a doubt, highly technical.
