I do mostly compound lifts with a 5x5 scheme and I do some of the Oly lifts but mostly in the "power" position- at my age (50) flexibility is the limiting factor and those I don't do very heavy,,,I started the DHEA (low dose-25 mg.) just to supplement what I've read is a diminishing level that occurs with age. So I didnt want to do anything crazy with high doses--just trying to see if it would help with retaining strength and muscle mass.
