That's also my understanding. The IWF, in an effort to make Every World Championships more important, is going to use some sort of system that counts Team standings for the 3 non Olympic Year Worlds for Olympic Team slots. So the usual dip seen the year after the Olympics may be seen, but not as big as in the past.
