I hope they stick to their word this time. It represents some progress though I would prefer an 8 year, two Olympic suspension for major positives personally. But, this is also a small improvement:

"After payment of imposed fine for such anti doping rule violations or expiration of the suspension time on the country its athletes (if not suspended) may participate on IWF events, however their results shall not count into the qualification points!"
