I've heard that Antonio Krastev only did singles. How does this work? I'm just having a hard time picturing how this workout might look. Did he warm up to a certain weight with higher reps like most people do and then only do singles for his heavier sets?
Also, he was a pretty huge guy, a super, so wouldn't he want to do higher reps do build as much muscle mass as he could. Or did he start the singles thing when he was already fully grown?
