One correction, Blagoev passed more than one announced test in his career. He may have even passed some unannounced tests. But Blagoev also went through many changes and improvements in testing, that all increased the effectiveness of the test. And Oscar never failed a test. So a truer statement would've been:

Oscar Chaplin
157.5 @77
over double bodyweight
80 kilos over bodyweight
Never failed a Test

Because in the end the only person anyone can know is drug free is themselves.
