Training questions for online magazine

AS I have mentioned, Joe Prusacki is coming out with an oline magazine soon. I have e-mailed some people for responses. If any coaches or high level athletes want to respond to me for the magazine, they can do so on Monday or maybe Tuesday.
I tried to posit questions which could be answered farily quickly.
How many times per week do your top lifters train?(when they are training at their hardest or several weeks before a big meet)
How many times per week would they do the following exercises?
A. - C&J (full lift)
B. - Snatch (full lift)
C. - Power snatch
D. - Power clean
E. - Snatches (hang)
F. - Cleans (hang)
G. - Jerks
H. - Power jerks
I. - Jerks behind neck
J. - Front squats
K. - RDL's
Any others.... Also, any explanations on how and why you do what you do, etc. If I receieve any answers within the next 1-2 days, I will forward them to joe to add to the other responses we have receieved so far.
