i have been doin Olympic Lifts for 3 years now an my vertical jump hasint increased whats so evver im still 6 inches from the rim an im 5ft8 with my shoes on i Guess they really dont make you jump any higher thats 3 years an 6inches from the rim shows that these lifts are worthless that is exactlly where i started i guess i need to go findf another hobby when it comes to vertical jump i may as well quite all the advice ive taken an hopes i had to be able to touch the rim is washed down the drain im almost 26yld
