Butch, Jesse - I don't disagree with any of your points. I think there is more emphasis on the BOD with senior teams, etc., and the junior/schoolage especially get neglected. Adopting thje procedures after the meets are over and weeks before the meets hapen is far less than ideal.
Other than the fact WEs was pushing it, I see little that the Winterfest had to offer as a qualifier. - Marty
