Excellent advice and an excellent process.

Unfortunately those in charge of selecting the ED have no business doing so. Outside of the tiny world of weightlifting I do not think this group has had the distinct honor of selecting someone for an executive position. On top of this throw in the fact this group thinks Wes did a great job????

Your post reenforces the fact it takes skill and talent to hire someone for an executive position.

The new ED will be someone as I have heard can play ball with the current voting block. I would hope this not true. Based on past and present actions I am left with very little hope on his matter.

To put it plainly get yourself ready for more of the same.
