Butch - I usually just flipped a coin. Isn't that standard?
I think everyone votes based on what they can find out at the time, and the information available. Unlike you, if it becomes clear that the results were not good, then I do regret my vote, even though it was made with the best available information that I had at the time, and with best intentions.
What years were you on the BOD? What staff members were hired or fired during that time, or maybe just not retained? Were 12 and unders allowed to lift all of the years you were on the BOD? - Marty
