Richmond, VA training facility?

I know what you're thinking... "he only comes back to the Forum when he NEEDS something." Okay, guilty as charged. But you'll all still sleep at night, so it's all good!

I'm working on a new project for my Firm in Richmond, VA 4 days a week (Monday-Thursday) which is throwing a huge monkey wrench into my training. Does anyone know of any O-lifting training spots in or around Richmond?
