vertical jump i keep hereing storys of guys like shane hamman an nicu vlad who have these 36 inch to 42 inch vertical jumps
my question is do these 2 lifters only do snatch clean an jerk or do they do any other excerscies i wanna add 8 inches to my vertical is this possible please reply thank you justin
