Coach Cosbie is one of the best and most most caring people I know, and after taking over a disastrous sac high football program he asked me to come coach weightlifting as our strength and conditioning program.

Thanks for all of the love from everyone, and I can guarantee you that my brother and I will defend our national school age title with athletes from 2 high schools now as opposed to just the one.

I think Dennis Snethen laughed (he has no idea who I am)when I told him we would beat his team at the 2006 school age natls. so I expect a huge turnout from Wesley in 2007 as they had won the last 15 or so. (Dennis was bragging to me in 2005, and rightfully so, he should always get votes for his continued maintenance of a weightlifting machine.)
