Kim,
I do not know what criteria you use to select the high school of the year, but Spruce Creek High School in Port Orange, FL has won every state championships in girls weightlifting since they started the girls state championship and the boys team has won 23 out of the past 29 state championships. Every year they consistently put lifters on schoolage and junior international teams.
