this is a real good attitude and one that will save you much grief...get good technique before going for any kind of poundage...and if something starts hurting pay attention to it...you are probably doing something wrong or too much of something...keep watching those films and rehearse both mentally and physically...visualization will do a lot to improve your technique...this is of particular importance to the master lifter...then when you get to the gym try to make as few reps as possible count for as much as possible...it is very easy to overdo it...it can be very seductive and sneak right up on you...a key is to get the most out of what you do in a very atraumatic way...and a lot of that has to do with what is going on upstairs
